About the Role:

Vismay is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Quality Controller (QC) to oversee end-to-end quality management for Fashion and Innerwear products. The role is responsible for ensuring product quality from raw material approval to final shipment inspection, maintaining company quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end quality assurance processes for Fashion and Innerwear products to ensure consistent product quality and compliance.
  
• Establish, implement, and maintain quality standards, SOPs, inspection protocols, and quality control procedures.
  
• Ensure compliance with company quality requirements, customer specifications, and industry standards.
  
• Review and approve fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging materials, and other raw materials before production.
  
• Conduct pre-production meetings, quality risk assessments, and production readiness evaluations.
  
• Verify sample approvals and ensure all quality requirements are met prior to bulk production.
  
• Monitor in-line inspections and implement AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards throughout the production process.

• 8–12 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within the Fashion, Garment, Innerwear, or Apparel industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and inspection techniques.
  
• Hands-on experience with AQL standards, factory audits, and quality inspections.
  
• Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting/documentation tools.
