6. General Terms

  • Vismay provides an online shopping platform where users can purchase listed products at the displayed prices, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Transactions made on this platform are at the user’s sole discretion and risk.

  • Vismay is not liable for any errors or omissions, whether on its part or that of third parties.

7. Orders & Payments

  • All orders require pre-approved payment methods as specified by Vismay. Additional verification may be required.

  • The delivery address provided must be complete and accurate.

  • Once an order is placed, it is a binding commitment to purchase, and you are obligated to complete the transaction.

  • Before ordering, you must review the product description carefully. By placing an order, you agree to Vismay’s terms of sale.

8. Delivery & Returns

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted on lingerie products (Vismay Intimates) except during damages or wrong product delivery.

  • Vismay is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the user. In such cases, shipping and processing fees may be deducted from any refunds.

  • Returns or exchanges are not applicable for orders shipped outside India.
  • For any order-related issues such as missing items or incorrect deliveries, please inform our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Product Information & Availability

  • Vismay takes efforts to display product colors accurately, but actual colors may vary due to lighting conditions, monitor settings, and photography styles.

  • Vismay reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud.

10. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued only for valid claims and after deducting processing and service fees.

  • No cash refunds will be provided.

  • Upon successful payment, users will receive an order confirmation email. Keep the Order Confirmation & Transaction Completed receipts safe for reference.

Final Provisions

  • These terms remain in full effect as long as you use Vismay’s services.

This agreement shall survive termination, meaning that obligations or rights accrued before termination shall remain enforceable.
