No, packages cannot be opened before delivery is accepted. However, if there is an issue with the product, you can initiate a return or exchange.

Cancellations & Modifications
Modifications are not possible once an order is confirmed. However, you can cancel it before it is shipped.
To cancel, log in to your account, navigate to "My Orders," and select the order you want to cancel. Cancellation is only available before the order is shipped.
Orders may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or delivery location restrictions. You will receive a notification if your order is cancelled.
Returns and Exchanges
You can return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and select the return or exchange option. Follow the instructions provided to complete your request.
Yes, you can exchange any product online or at any vismay outlet near you.
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via NEFT to your bank account. Provide your bank details when initiating the return
Contact customer support immediately if you receive a wrong or defective product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Vismay Intimates
- Innerwear products can only be exchanged if they meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and unworn.
- The product is in its original packaging, with tags and hygiene seals intact.
- The exchange request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to size or style availability.
If the size doesn’t fit, you may exchange the product for a different size. Ensure the product is unused and returned with its hygiene seal intact.
Log in to your account and navigate to "My Orders." Select the product and click on "Request Exchange." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the request.
- Returns for innerwear products are not allowed due to hygiene and safety reasons, except in the following cases:
- The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The wrong product was shipped to you.
Contact our customer support team immediately with images of the product. A replacement will be arranged after verification.
Replacements for defective or incorrect products will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return package passes a quality check.
Payments
We accept Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
COD is available for select locations. Any additional charges will be displayed at checkout.
If your payment fails but money is deducted, the amount will be refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. Contact support if the issue persists.
No, all prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are clearly mentioned.
Vouchers and Offers
Enter the promo code or gift voucher code at checkout. The discount will apply automatically if the code is valid.
No, only one voucher or promo code can be applied per order.
Yes, the expiry date will be mentioned on the voucher or gift card. Please ensure you use it before it expires.

Vismay uses premium fabrics such as cotton, rayon, silk blends, and more, ensuring comfort and durability.
While customization is not available, you can visit our stores for free minor alterations. Please bring the original invoice for this service.
