Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the invoice and other necessary details must be provided for verification.

  • Condition of Items:

    1. The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with original tags and labels attached.
    2. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Exclusions

  • Lingerie products under our Vismay Intimates collection are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Some specific product categories may not be eligible for returns. For details, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@vismay.in.

Refund Process

  • All return requests will be evaluated before approval.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be credited to the source account wallet.

  • Refunds will only cover the product value (excluding shipping charges).

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel an order:

    1. Use the ‘My Orders’ on our website.

    2. Contact Customer Service atsupport@vismay.in with your order number.

  • For prepaid orders: The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • On request we can move refunds to your wallet account.

Refunds for Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty or defective item.

  • A product that is incorrectly described.

  • An item significantly different from what was shown.

You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement, subject to verification. Please contact support@vismay.in with images of the product for evaluation.

Refunds for "Change of Mind" Returns

If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind, we will issue a refund only if:

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

  • The product is in a resalable condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags).

  • The item is not from a non-returnable category (Lingerie - Vismay Intimates).

  • If proof of purchase is not provided, Vismay reserves the right to approve or deny the refund request.

Tracking Your Refund Status

  • Approved refunds can be tracked under the ‘Return Request’ section in your account.

  • Refund amounts will be credited to the source account.
