Shipping Policy

  • We use premium and reliable courier partners based on delivery location and urgency.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Free shipping within India for orders above ₹1499.

    • For orders below ₹1499, a ₹89 shipping fee applies.

    • A nominal charge of ₹49 is charged for Cash-On-Delivery (COD) orders.

    • Shipping charges for international orders may vary based on the destination.
    • No Cash-On-Delivery (COD) option for international orders.

  • All shipping, octroi, and applicable taxes are covered by us – you only pay for the product value (Applicable only for orders within India).

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placement.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5-7 business days for most locations in India.

  • International deliveries take approximately 10–15 days (varies by country).

  • 48-Hour Delivery: Available for select locations (excluding processing time).

  • Bulk Orders: Orders with more than 3 pieces per style may require additional processing time.

Possible Delivery Delays

Delivery might take longer in cases where:

  • The shipping address is in a non-serviceable area.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders require additional verification.

  • External factors such as weather conditions, courier service delays, or public holidays affect shipment.

Tampered or Non-Delivered Packages

  • If you experience product tampering or non-delivery, please immediately contact Customer Care at +91 99475 33700.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If an order is returned after delivery, additional charges incurred will not be refunded.

  • The order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT/GST, or other applicable charges.
